Khaled El-Ahmad, Founder
Khaled El-Ahmad, founded CWF with a vision to create a female agency only. That vision was made official in 2006 when CWF was registered as a limited liability company and now represents some of the best female soccer players in the world. Khaled left Sweden August 2000 to play soccer for University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. During his tenure he graduated with a BA and MBA in Economics, marketing and international business. After completing his degree, Khaled moved on and played professionally. Sustaining a serious knee injury Khaled switched gears and joined the coaching staff of Marquette University followed by coaching Linköping FC, Swedish Damallsvenskan (2009) and AaB, Danish SAS-Liga (09/2010). Along with speaking four languages, Khaled also started EC Miracles, a non-profit that raise money for charities and Ourgamemagazine.com one of the World´s leading Women´s Soccer magazines. Today, Khaled serves as head scout for Swedish men's club Djurgarden IF and is no longer part of the daily operations of CWF.

Olaf Goldbecker, Global Representative
Resides in Gütersloh, Germany. Olaf has been in charge of the German 2. Women’s Bundesliga team FC Gütersloh 2000 from 2004 until 2009. During that time he got praised for his media and PR work but also got known for his organization skills in various aspects. Since signing Americans to the club, Olaf became an expert on the field of Visa issues for non Europeans. The German native will not only serve for CWF in his home country but also represent the company on the global market. Furthermore, Olaf will work on projects to give CWF a special profile in the business.

Kat Galsim, Director of New Media
Originally from the Philippines and now based in Washington, D.C., Kat graduated from De La Salle University in Manila where she majored in Marketing Management. She began her career in Information Technology and in the last couple of years worked professionally in Digital Media with non-profit organizations like Gawad Kalinga and publications like inside-the-beltway journal The New Republic. Kat is now the Digital Media Director of Women's Professional Soccer and also serves as the Director of New Media for Our Game Magazine.
