How to put a video onto your blog?
If there is a youtube video that you want to post to your blog, here's what you need to do.- Open the youtube page with the video, copy the address from the address bar of your internet browser into the clipboard
- Open your blog page on the cwf and start writing a new post
- Click on the YouTube button
in the editor - Paste the address of the video into the URL field and click OK
- The contents of the video will not show up in the editor field, but once you save the post it will appear
- Login to youtube with your Google or youtube account (create one if you don't have it yet, it's free)
- Click on the Upload button in the upper right corner
- Click on the Upload video button in the middle of the screen and select your video
- Wait for the video to upload, when finished open the video page and continue with the steps listed above

Atlanta Beat
Marisha becomes the 3rd player from CWF that will represent Atlanta Beat. Earlier today she signed a DP contract. Once season starts look for an interview with Marisha.
We are excited and congratulate her on her success.
WPS Midweek update
Atlanta vs Boston 2-1
With Kia playing the full 90 minutes for the Beat and Tiffany entering the second half for Boston Breakers, Kia came out with the win. Atlanta took a 2-0 lead before Boston equalized late in 2nd half.
Johanna Rasmussen did not play due to international duty
Univ. Notre Dame vs. Chicago Red Stars
Julianne Sitch scored her first goal for ther new team. The team which as set up by Kosovare Asllani and Christiane was the game winner. Emma Hayes, Chicago´s Coach, praised the one touch set up for the goal.
Sky Blue FC
Returned from Flordia and will not get ready for the season opener in the Jersey area. Rumor has it that Jessica Landstrom will be sharing a big house with other Sky Blue players, such as Kacey White, Anita Assante and more.
Philadelphia Independence
Took a half day of earlier this week and decided to tour the historical city of Philly.

WPS update
Philadelphia Independence
Infront of a sell out crowd of 1200 people The Independence won 3-0 agaisnt last years NSCAA champions UNC. Both Caroline Seger and Sara Larsson played well and reports say the team is coming together well.
St. Louis Athletica
Eniola scored again in St. Louis 4-0 against Univ. of Illinois. Her form is good as she continues to produce.
Chicago Red Stars
Beat Univ of South Florida 2-0 which saw Kosovare Asllani making her debut for the Red Stars.
Atlanta Beat
A 2-0 win vs. the U20 WNT saw Ramona Bachmann scored twice. Johanna and Kia had good performances as the expansion team is getting ready for the upcoming season openeer. With the WC Qualifier Johanna will leave the Beat and return beginning of April
LFC Super Cup winner

LFC showed the same organization and consistency as they beat Umeå IF 2-0 in the Super Cup final. Many talk about the players who have left the 2009 Champions Linkoping FC but the teams looks as strong on both ends of the field.
Only registered players could play thus Kasey Langdon did not participate in this game.
