How to put a video onto your blog?
If there is a youtube video that you want to post to your blog, here's what you need to do.- Open the youtube page with the video, copy the address from the address bar of your internet browser into the clipboard
- Open your blog page on the cwf and start writing a new post
- Click on the YouTube button
in the editor - Paste the address of the video into the URL field and click OK
- The contents of the video will not show up in the editor field, but once you save the post it will appear
- Login to youtube with your Google or youtube account (create one if you don't have it yet, it's free)
- Click on the Upload button in the upper right corner
- Click on the Upload video button in the middle of the screen and select your video
- Wait for the video to upload, when finished open the video page and continue with the steps listed above
Hey Everyone!
This is my 1ST official blog post and I'm really excited to be able to share my experience so far playing for the Atlanta Beat! After a long and very tiring preseason, I was psyched to be offered a spot on the team. This team has some amazing talent and a great coaching staff, so I have no doubt that we will be successful this year! Don't underestimate THE BEAT!
We had a great preseason, with a 7-1 record, only losing one game to Florida State (I gotta give the other team credit but it wasn't our best performance). We were able to bond and strengthen our team chemistry, and are well on our way to being "the fittest we have ever been in our lives," according to our crazy-fit Assistant coach Robbie, who not only wears the gear but is also the ideal representative for the motto "LIVESTRONG."
Atlanta is pretty cool, haven't seen too much of the city but downtown is nice and clean. The traffic can be pretty bad but can be avoided, everything is pretty spread out, and the weather has been kinda crazy...the first week of preseason it snowed and we trained on top of it (kinda like the recent Women's US v Mexico game in Utah HAHA) but a couple days ago it was like 90 degrees!! I can only imagine how hot it will be in the summer! I need to get prepared for HOTLANTA!
Our first official game is this weekend against the Philly Independence! It will be a great game and test to see which new WPS team comes on top...Can't Wait!
