WHO WE ARE
Bill Miles, Managing Director. Bill, based in Norwich, Vermont, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Boston University School of Law. He began his career as a lawyer for the Boston firm Mitz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, PC. Before launching a series of for-profit, technology businesses based in Palo Alto, CA. Upon moving to Vermont in 2004, Bill began working with Grassroot Soccer, a non-profit that uses the power of soccer in the fight against HIV/AIDS around the world.
Ethan Zohn, Director of Media and Communication. Originally from Lexington, MA, Ethan graduated from Vassar College in upstate New York, going on to play professional soccer for Highlanders FC (Zimbabwe), Cape Cod Crusaders (Massachusetts, USA) and Hawaii Tsunami (Hawaii, USA). Ethan also played for the 1997 and 2001 U.S. Maccabiah squads. Off the field, from 1998 to 2002, Ethan was the Assistant Coach for the Fairleigh Dickinson University Men's and Women's soccer teams.
Mike LeGales, Director of Individual Player Development, based in Connecticut, graduated from Quannipiac University, AS Massachusetts college of Pharmacy and currently working on a MA at Wesleyan University. Mike has been training elite level players for 2 decades. Numerous elite level players have benefited from his scientific approach and sports science background, along with his obvious soccer specific approach to training. He is also the director of BTE99.
Olaf Goldbecker, Global Representative, resides in Gütersloh, Germany. Olaf has been in charge of the German 2. Women’s Bundesliga team FC Gütersloh 2000 from 2004 until 2009. During that time he got praised for his media and PR work but also got known for his organization skills in various aspects. Since signing Americans to the club, Olaf became an expert on the field of Visa issues for non Europeans. The German native will not only serve for CWF in his home country but also represent the company on the global market. Furthermore Olaf will work on projects to give CWF a special profile in the business.
